Park & Ride Service Announced for Brecon Beacons Food Festival 2025
We’re excited to share some great news that will make your visit to this year’s Brecon Beacons Food Festival even easier!
To help ease congestion and improve accessibility in Brecon town centre, we’ve partnered with Accessibility Powys to provide a brand-new Park & Ride service for festival visitors.
Simply park your car at Brecon Cattle Market, located just outside town, and hop on a free bus that will take you right into the heart of the action at Brecon Market Hall.
How It Works
- Parking location: Brecon Cattle Market
- Donation: £2 per vehicle (all proceeds go to Accessibility Powys)
- Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
- Bus service: Free return rides to and from the festival site
Festival organiser Andrew Powell explains:
“We’re really pleased to be working with Accessibility Powys to introduce this year’s Park & Ride service. It’s a simple, affordable and accessible way for visitors to get into town, while also supporting a fantastic local charity. The Brecon Beacons Food Festival 2025 takes place on Saturday 4th October at Brecon Market Hall. With over 60 local food and drink producers, plus live music, family entertainment, and a buzzing community atmosphere, it’s set to be a highlight of the autumn calendar.
Best of all, entry is completely free of charge.
