Support Builds For BBFF 19

As this year’s Brecon Beacons Food Festival quickly approaches further support has been offered by local businesses to ensure the event is a success. Four new organisations, Brecon & Radnor Express, Brecon Motors, Brecon Care Rentals and LANTRA, have offered support to contribute to rising costs and cover a decline in funding from previous supporters.

Event Organiser, Andrew Powell said “We are delighted to announce four additional local businesses supporting the Food Festival. Each year the event is not guaranteed and without these vital sponsors the event could not be run. We were disappointed to miss out on some funding offered in previous years so new faces were needed to guarantee this year’s event.

“We are still a couple of sponsors short, but we are confident we still have time to secure these and ensure the event is promoted to its full potential. I would personally like to thank all of the local businesses and organisations for their support, contributing to this amazing event showcasing the best local and Welsh food and drink on offer.

“I’d encourage any local businesses or organisations to get in touch if they are interested in supporting the event. Each year we are keen to build more mutually beneficial relationships and we have a great range of sponsorship packages available this year.”

The 21st annual Brecon Beacons Food Festival will be held on Saturday 5th October in Brecon Indoor Market and promises to be a fantastic showcase of delicious local food and drink produce, celebrity chef demonstrations, entertainment and more.
